Move

Movement is medicine.

In Holistic Somatic Practices, we move with intention, we pay attention to the senses coming from our bodies, and we release the tension and stress stored in the body.

Breathe

Breath is essential to life.

The breath carries a person's life force. Pranayama, or breathing exercises, aids to clear the emotional and physical obstacles within us to free up life force (prana) and extend (ayama) our lives.

Connect

Our sense of connection to the life and cosmos, comes from connecting our body, mind, and soul. The more we are connected to ourselves to more we are connected to all living beings, nature and universe.
