Experience personalized chakra practice at our boutique studio, where each class is limited to just 4 participants for a private-session feel in our serene studio. We will guide you through a dynamic sequence of postures, breathing, and meditation, helping you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes offer a safe and supportive space to deepen your practice, cultivate inner peace, and rejuvenate your body and mind. Each class will be dedicated to a chakra level and include postures and concentration techniques to balance the related chakra. 1st session - Muladhara (Root) Chakra 2nd session - Svadhisthana (Lower Abdominal) Chakra 3rd session- Manipura (Navel) Chakra 4th session- Anahata (Hearth) Chakra 5th session- Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra 6th session- Ajna (Third eye)Chakra 7th session- Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra The process of building up a strong connection between body, mind and soul requires consistency. Our Yoga course is designed to help you build this connection with twice a week sessions over a period of 7 classes. Each class is 90 minutes long and will include: - Foundational Breathing Techniques - Bioenergy energy Techniques - Asanas (postures) specifically designed for the related chakra level of the day - Advanced Breathing Techniques - Concentration Techniques designed to balance the related chakra level - Relaxation Techniques - Answers to questions for the related chakra level We have full confidence that you will derive significant benefits from this program.
